CTC Post-Secondary Opportunities

Early College: The Wexford-Missaukee Early College is a free, three year program, that  places students on an accelerated pathway to an Associate’s Degree through select Wexford-Missaukee Career Technical Center programs. Students begin the Early College program as juniors and are introduced to program aligned post-secondary coursework via concurrent enrollment and dual enrollment through Baker College of Cadillac.  Students interested in applying to the Early College program must meet eligibility requirements and receive a recommendation from their high school counselor.  Programs that offer the Early College option are listed below.

Articulated Credit:  All of the programs at Wexford-Missaukee Career Technical Center offer Articulated Credit.  Articulated Credit is college credit earned by completion of CTC program curriculum and competencies.  For college credit to be awarded at the post-secondary level the following conditions must be met: 

1) The Wexford-Missuakee Career Technical Center must have a written Articulation Agreement with the post-secondary institution. 

2)The student must have a B or better in the CTC program curriculum and competencies.  

3) The student applying for the articulated credit must attend that post-secondary institution.
